- Registered Specialist Trade Contractors and Registered Subcontractors
- Consultants
Key Features
- Maximum Funding Ceiling: HK$6,000,000 for each applicant#
- Funding Mode: Co-fund with 70% grant from CITF for costs involved
- Supports BIM software license period up to 3 years
- Fund each computer at maximum HK$21,000 (computers subsidised by CITF are required to have CITF-funded BIM software installed and be used for this purpose)

# Subject to the combined funding ceiling for Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Advanced Construction Technologies (ACT) of HK$7,500,000 per applicant. Applicable to funding applications submitted on or after 1 September 2023.
